Digital billboards track engagement via facial recognition

In November 2018 Bidooh announced it was developing an intelligent and automated digital billboard advertising platform that it said would leverage facial recognition and blockchain technology to track engagement. Billboard advertising is valued globally at almost $34.8 billion a year. Bidooh has said it considers itself the "Google Adwords" for digital billboard advertising; it intends the new system to be able to target passers-by based on criteria such as age, gender, facial hair, and wearing glasses.
