Students at Columbia walked out during a number of classes, including a lecture delivered by Hillary Clinton as part of her global affairs class, to protest the university's alleged role in "shaming" pro-Palestinian protesters. The protesters demanded immediate legal support for students whose photographs were displayed on video screens on trucks parked near the campus with the words "Columbia's biggest antisemites". The students had signed a declaration in support of Palestine.
