MBDA’s start-up NEODE Systems has secured its first major contract from France’s defense procurement agency (Direction Générale de l’Armement) to enhance the Akeron MP missile system with AI-driven capabilities. The project will test a decision-support tool designed to boost surveillance, targeting, identification and engagement performance for beyond-line-of-sight missions.
