Report finds surveillance cameras extensively used in North Korean classrooms
New report from 38 North reveals the extensive use of cameras for the remote monitoring of classrooms. It is not currently clear what the capability of the cameras are - but they have been found in classrooms at every level of education from Kindergarten to University.
The report was based media coverage of technology used in North Korea, along with interviews with escapees and current residents.
