Haki na Sheria v. The Attorney General (Kenya)

In Kenya, Haki na Sheria filed a case with the High Court of Kenya, Constitutional and Human Rights Division on 13 August 2021.
Haki na Sheria’s petition challenges the constitutionality of denying Kenyan citizens erroneously registered on UNHCR’s refugee database access to national IDs and the rights that come with them.
