Anna Fielder

Anna has almost half-century long career, including consumer, privacy and digital rights advocacy, journalism, policy research and leadership of non-governmental organisations, covering most aspects of consumer and user-centred policy and protections, from regulations to rights in the digital environment.  Most recently she has led the secretariat of the EU-US Transatlantic Consumer Dialogue, which she set up in 1998, as part of her role as regional Director at the global Consumers International.  She serves on the Board of the UK’s Open Rights Group and was previously President of the European Digital Rights (EDRi).
