French data regulator CNIL announced today a strong sanction against Criteo, one of the world's largest AdTech companies. Privacy International (PI) welcomes today's report from the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) into three credit reference agencies (CRAs) which also operate as data brokers for direct marketing purposes.
